Support, Mentoring, Meeting Facilitation and Coaching
We may be able to provide:
- Casework, person-centred planning and support for individuals and families, including housing brokerage
- Support for staff so they can meet service users' needs and expectations
- Facilitating meetings, Action Learning Sets and acting as a 'critical friend'
- Coaching for individual members of staff or groups so that they can identify and work towards achieving personal or business goals, aspirations and personal transformation
- Support for staff, managers and organisations going through periods of personal or organisational change
Our previous projects have included:
- supporting families to consider change and plan for the future with their relatives with learning disabilities
- advising support provider organisations about the housing options available to particular individuals
- Action Learning Sets for a Local Authority
- 'Critical Friend' to a housing and support provider organisation and to a commercial organsiation working within the sector
- Facilitating meetings for various organisations
