Mark's Story
Many years ago, Alicia Wood and Claire worked with ‘Mark’ and his family to find local housing and support for Mark. Until that time his only option had been a residential care home for people with challenging behaviour 100 miles away from where he and his family lived. Mark now owns his own home on a shared ownership basis and has a creative support package tailored to his needs. Read on

Maria's Story
Maria loves her new home and "would not move back (to residential care) in a million years!" We worked with Maria when she needed to move from NHS housing and support as part of the NHS Campus closure project in Kent. We worked with West Kent Housing Association and its contractors, the ingoing tenants and their families, advocates, health and social care professionals and specialist equipment and telecare providers to ensure the building met the needs of the ingoing tenants as well as providing flexible and adaptable accommodation for future residents.
