Coaching is a practice that helps people identify and achieve personal goals. I help clients clarify, set and reach goals using a variety of tools and techniques.

Coaching is not the same as therapy or counselling; rather than looking at past events we will look together at matters effecting your future and work towards achieving change and direction which will enable you to succeed in reaching the goals, aspirations and personal transformation you want.

A whole variety of people come to a Coach for a number of different reasons, all wanting help and support to change certain aspects of their lives. I provide a safe and trusted environment in which I can help people explore the situations where they feel a lack of direction and the need for support. These could include:

Personal goals such as improving health, relationships, improving self confidence and self esteem, time management, stress management/reduction.

Work and career matters such as help to find/change career, preparing for/being retired, perform better at work, time management, create a better work/life balance, help with financial issues.

Business matters such as setting smarter goals, business planning and direction, managing and nurturing staff, time management, business expansion.

Spiritual matters including discovering a life purpose, stress management, increased inner peace and happiness, improve relationships, explore your spiritual path and journey, using your intuition.

Group sessions include coaching, meditation for relaxation and spiritual development.

Sessions can be in person, by phone, by skype/video conferencing.
